Foundation Package
EGM provides an implementation service to businesses, organizations and professionals for establishing personalized web sites — our Foundation Package. This comprises:
Domain Name Registration
We register your domain name for you.
Web Site Hosting
Your web site has to be hosted with, which means physically stored at, an Internet Service Provider (ISP). There is an annual fee for this. We provide one of the most economical services available, at an annual fee of $48.00 for hosting the site. Your email is serviced through the same site.
Web Site Design
We will design a web site for your business. The Foundation Package includes the following items for the site:
- The name of your company, and your logo if available.
- A description of your business and products.
- Two or three photographs of your store and/or products.
- Your address, with a link to display a map of how to reach you.
- Other contact details such as telephone and fax numbers.
- A link to allow people to email you.

Email
We will help you set up the email services for your new site.
Administration
We will give you documentation on how to access your site to do such things as add email addresses and so on.
Fees
The Foundation Package set-up fees, including the first year’s name registration and site hosting are:

Thereafter, it would cost $58.50 each year to keep your site name registered and your web site hosted.
Additional Services
The following services can be added to the Foundation Package either
during the setup phase or at any time thereafter:
Calendar
We can set up a calendar page on your web site.
Typically, you would use this to publish events of interest to your customers,
such as Sales and Classes.
In addition to setting up the calendar, we will give you full instructions on how to maintain it.
One-time fee: $75.00
Newsletter
We can provide you with a template newsletter to send to all your customers via email.
We would support you in the first mailing, and provide full instructions
on how to create future mailings.
One-time fee: $100.00
If you prefer, we will create your newsletters using your copy and graphics.
All you do is email them.
Per issue fee: $100.00

Additional Pages on your Web Site
We can design and publish additional pages for you.
The average fee for each page is: $75.00. However, the actual fee would be based on
the page complexity.
On-going support
We can provide on-going support for maintenance of your web site.
This service comprises four site upgrades per year – one each quarter.
We will update the content of your site based on your new requirements.
Updates include such items as changing photos, adding one or two additional photos,
updating links, etc.
Quarterly fee: $60.00
Paid yearly: $200
The boundary between update changes and changes that constitute a site redesign is
solely at EGM Systems’ discretion.
